Litigation

You can go to the court and petition your last name to be changed. It depends on person's age to say if you need proof that your last name doesn't belong to your legal father . But since you are of age I believe you can do that but it is expensive. The court does not care for the reason that you want it changed, they just have to clear everything from creditors, and than you can change it. But this much I know it's expensive. I wanted to change my daughter's name and I found out that it costs a whole lot of money> Good luck

I and my partner (we are not married and live in washington state) want to buy a property in Georgia. We plan to go there and select a property together. But it looks like we will have to go there for a second time to close the transaction. My question is can I sign the closing documents for her, so she doesn't have to take time off and we can also save one round-trip flight ticket?.

Oddly enough, and it may not answer this question fully but... at the first meeting of The Council of Nicaea in 327 AD, the central question of debate dealt with the divinity of the one we know today as :"Jesus". One side claimed he was THE son of God (title given to a succession of gods including Mithras and Horus) while the other believed him to a be simply A son of God, much as we are all sons and daughters of God. We know which side won..... While they may claim that manuscripts like the Dead Sea Scrolls confirm he was a living breathing person, they don't tell you that the texts used to compile the New Testament weren't written until at least the 2nd century AD. Even their vaunted Josephus who they hold up as an outside "objective" example, didn't exist for at least 80 years after Christ's apparent death. His writings were based on stories and second hand accounts... hardly proof.. As for the miracles... one thing that can be corroborated here. There are stories from what is now the island of UK, about a great Druid named Mogh Ruith, who had an equally impressive daughter, in terms of magical ability and wisdom, named Tlatchga. The legend says that they traveled to Jerusalem, where Mogh became a student of Simon Magus. This person is mentioned in the Bible as one who approached Jeshua (renamed Jesus by the Greeks during translation) to learn his secrets of energy healing but was turned down apparently. The other tale claims it in the reverse - Jeshua went to Simon Magus in hopes of learning from him! One a side note... this legend also claims that the executioner chickened out and it was Simon's pupil, Mogh Ruith, who actually beheaded John the Baptist. (Some scholars believe that Mogh was actually the real Merlin of legend or at least the template used in the King Arthur tales). There were other "healers" who applied their craft during Jesus' apparent life including Apollonius of Tyanna so there is every possibility that He could indeed heal in some fashion. . One last point of interest.... Christianity will claim he never married but there is an odd story mentioned in the Bible about him supposedly turning water into wine. Some scholars believe it was done at his own wedding to Mary Magdalene.. Rising from the dead... It has been speculated that he belonged to a sect known as the Essenes, who were deeply mystical, its origins in Egypt, where they ingested a substance we call today monoatomic gold. When taken orally, it stimulates the glands in an unusual way that allows one to levitate, utilize telekinesis and even walk between dimensions. There are no mummies dating from the earliest Egyptian dynasties and some scholars speculate that the pharaohs did not actually die but rather just walked into another realm of existence... or perhaps ascended into the sky, as the Bible claims Jesus did?? Some contend that He was indeed put on a cross but taken down long before death and hurriedly placed in a tomb. Using this element (known as an ORME) he was able to heal himself enough to go back into the world and be many miles away and speak with two travelers (instant travel to a remote location) and even was able to eat solid food, before his great ascension into the sky (levitation). . I know this is all just words and speculation, even if they are based on research so I'll supply a few links below pertaining to some of these points.
