I want to change my first and last name, but will my old name ALWAYS be on my birth certificate?

What are the best free surveys for making money?

Okay, here's the question/problem:. . I tried to quit my job the other day - I went into the managers office and said "I can't handle this, I quit!". All the customers are mean. I do nothing but put stuff in bags and then get griped at for it. My arms and knees hurt SO bad when I get off work. I work different hours then what I put on my availability schedule - I have classes from 6-8pm on Mondays and I told them, wrote it down etc. and they scheduled me to work 5-9pm on Mondays!. . When I "quit" the other day, she offered me a position in the produce department, told me I was important to their team, and that I need to write her a resignation letter. I'm supposed to work until the 31st now.... But I don't want to!!!!! I go to work all stressed out and don't know anybody there (my friends either quit or were transferred). I hate hurting so bad (I'm 19 and i have rhuematoid Arthritis so standing up all day really kills my knees and shoulders!).. I am also in the process of being a model/actress and I have to travel 2hrs to get to all my gigs - it's hard to hold a job and go out of town 2-4 times a week!. . i guess what I'm saying is - i don't want to go to work tonight but I can't call in because I already have so many points (from having to go to class and miss work), can I just not show up? If I don't show up for a week, will they just assume that I quit? Do I HAVE to write a resignation letter? If I don't will I not get paid for the last 2 weeks that I worked?. . I just don't know what to do!!! Please help.... Okay, thanks for all the answers so far - I've decided that I am not going to call in tonight and I'm not going to go to work. I might show up some time in the near future so they can officially fire me though (claim unemployment later on). And I asked about the last paycheck thing because I know somebody it happened to at McDonalds but I didn't know if walmart does the same thing or what....

Ages ago I bought "Ace Attorney Apollo Justice" and thought it was awesome! =D Now that I finished it I want to buy another "Ace Attorney" game but which one?? They look very similar! >.<. . 1.
