cover letter for a janitorial/custodian posistion?

I have done this and it is soooo easy. Just go to the court house and tell them you need forms for a name change. They will tell you what you will need to bring and how much it is. For sure, bring your SS number and your birth certificate with your mom's last name on it to prove that it is your mothers. You will set up a date after you fill out your paper work and bring it back. Then you will go in front of the judge and tell them that you would like to have your mom's last name. He might or might not ask why. That should be it. There is really no reason to be denied.

Wondering about cover letters?

Power of Attorney and Wills are different.. . If you don't appoint a power of attorney you won't have someone to make life changing decisions if something goes wrong. If both of you pass the Power of Attorney is in charge of taking care of bills and all of that matter.

I despise my name, and I'm hoping to change it.. I'm under 18. In Canada, how old do you have to be to change your name?.
