    lawyer Marino, Caroline C. Reviews

My husband is in the Marine Corps. and deploying to Afghanistan Sept. 20th 2009. Our baby boy is due Dec. 11th.. . 1) I understand that I need to update with DEERS that he will have a new dependent. Is there any other place I need to update this with besides Tri-care? Do I have to go to IPAC? Also, I am confused as to if he will be paid for the new dependent?. . 2) I have a general power of attorney for my husband, but have been reading that this is not enough if I need to handle loan accounts that I am not on, or to be able to sell his vehicle while he is gone, handle insurance policies, file his income tax return etc. If I get a "special" power of attorney each of these items has to be listed? I thought that in the state of Texas a general power of attorney meant that I could handle anything on his behalf..

You can get some samples from the site I took the advice from below.

Is a lawyer needed to file a deed?

    writing a business letter?

You will be needing letters of recommendation from your Company Commander, Battalion Commander, and a senior warrant officer. Go to the link below and have them fill out the form, HQ USAREC Form 1936, just like the example shows.

Just write a letter expressing your interest and stating that you have enclosed your resume. Tell them they can reach you at your telephone number/email address whatever they prefer. Tell them that you will contact them in X period of time as a follow up. Do the letter in a formal style with a reference line. That way they can sort it faster. Keep it short and sweet and don't used any negative words. Sign it formally with a "Sincerely" or a "Very truly yours" and mind your punctuation, spelling, and proper use of caps. Don't use computer speak. This may be a test of your communication skills.
