How should you write a letter to a alcoholic?

That form allows him to use any of the pictures for anything he wants. They could become an ad for somebody, he could cut your head off & use in on another body, ANYTHING he wants. And, if he makes any $$$ in the deal, it's all his. ALSO - This is used as a come-on for trying to get you to sit for some porn shots. BE VERY CAREFUL ...

I had a house built by a contractor who didn't completely finish the work. I unfortunately paid him in full with the (verbal) agreement that he would come back and finish the work. We have a signed agreement that states there is a one year warranty on the house also. Does anyone have a sample of a letter you used to get a contractor to complete work in a similar situation, that worked? What is my next step if he doesn't complete the work? Have you been in a legal situation where you had to compel the contractor to complete work? If so, what happened? Thanks for your help! By the way, this is in Montana if that makes a difference..

They say a birth certificate doesn't qualify. So what would I do, mail them my actual drivers license? I have a passport but it expired in 2008, could that be used?.

My daughter done it with her son once she got married and it is straight forward through deed poll, her birth certificates will be sent and new birth certificates will have old name and new name on it and it costs around ?15 - We are in Scotland but don't think it makes any difference where you are in UK. If she keeps her original name there will be no problems but if you change her name you have to let the passport office, doctor, school etc know of the legal change. Google name change and you will find details
