  Robyn C. Santucci has more than a decade of experience working exclusively in family law.

  She specializes in divorce, domestic violence, child and spousal support, and other family law litigation cases. She also regularly serves as a consultant for clients in mediation. Prior to joining Phillips Lerner in 2006, Ms. Santucci worked as an associate with the highly regarded San Francisco law firm Hersh Family Law Practice, where she litigated and collaborated on all aspects of family law matters from complex high-asset marital dissolutions to precedent-setting custody disputes.

  Ms. Santucci received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor specialization in English Literature and Language at Baylor University before earning her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College of Maryland in 1997. Ms. Santucci received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco in 2001.

  Once an intern for Senator (now Vice President) Joseph Biden, Jr., Ms. Santucci also served as a judicial extern for two San Francisco Family Court Commissioners. Ms. Santucci served as a legal intern for the San Francisco Office of the District Attorney in the domestic violence division.

  In addition, she served as the Chairperson of the Bay Area Young Family Lawyers Group from 2004 to 2005 and was a member of the San Francisco and Marin County Bar Associations. Ms. Santucci offered her expertise as a volunteer family law attorney for the San Francisco Volunteer Legal Services Program from 2001 to 2005. She is currently a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association, Family Law Sections.

  Ms. Santucci was included on the list of Southern California Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" for five years.

  Ms. Santucci is actively involved in philanthropy, serving as the Board Chair for the Associate Board of Our House Grief Support Center, a nonprofit agency offering grief groups for adults and children, grief education and post-crisis grief intervention to the Los Angeles community. Our House Grief Support Center honored Ms. Santucci with the "Spirit Award," recognizing her for her outstanding philanthropic work, as well as for bringing tremendous growth to the Associate Board and awareness about the agency. Additionally, Ms. Santucci served on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Blank Theater Company from 2006-2010.

in 1991 I had a baby, and put withheld as the fathers name. In 1994 I married another man, and he wanted to be on the birth certificate. I then went and had the name added to the birth certificate. I divorced 5 years ago, and now live alone. My daughter is a teen and asked that her name be changed to the same as mine (maiden name). I still have the original birth certificate and the one with my ex husbands name on it. What can I do? I already asked him if he would be ok with this... he is fine, remarried, has a new family. So now I need to know what I can do? DO I need to do a deed poll?.
