Marriage contracts often deal with financial issues. Typically, a contract specifies who will be responsible for managing and owning assets and debts while the marriage lasts, and then it sorts out each person?s rights and responsibilities if and when the marriage should break up.. . For example, an agreement might say that each spouse keeps whatever assets they had before the marriage, even if they later break up. In addition, it may say that, if they separate, one spouse will have the right to stay in the family home (at least temporarily) and perhaps receive support from the other spouse for a period of time and a certain percentage of the family assets.. . Does the agreement have to be fair?. If both spouses have received independent legal advice and the agreement is reasonably ?fair,? it would be enforced by a court if one spouse tried to ignore the agreement. However, contracts that are blatantly unfair to either person may be set aside or varied by the court, especially if no independent legal advice was received.. . Certain things will not be enforced. With or without a written contract, the law already imposes certain obligations on married couples, which you cannot contract out of. Also, a contract to remain childless, or to end the marriage after a certain period of time, wouldn?t be enforced in any court.

Yes, you must set up a trust and plan your estate. An important part of Estate planning is writing a will. Make a list of your assets, and how you want the assets to be distributed. The more hard work you put in this, the better and safer will be your will.. . While you are still looking for a "Service" you can draft a few "Durable Special Power of Attorney" and get it notarized. For example give Power of Attorney for you bank account.. . Most people just don't think about what will happen to their wealth or estate after the death. They assume it will smoothly pass on to their families. This assumption, in many cases, results in complications and disputes that could easily have been avoided. It ignores the fact that the estate must pay the federal estate tax in cash within nine months of the death. For paying the taxes and other administrative costs a part or most of the estate will be liquidated and the remaining estate will be distributed according to the law of the state. Even it may not pass on to your desired beneficiaries. . Hope someone will be able to give precise answer to the "Service Cost".

4. Moreover, one of Jehovah?s Witnesses who dares to publicly share such a divergent belief is placing themselves in jeopardy of being disfellowshipped for apostasy by Jehovah?s Witnesses who accept this policy designed to silence the expression of dissenting views.[4]

Whatever the reason, changing your name in Canada is a straightforward, but detailed process.. . Who can change their name?. . The process varies between provinces and territories. In general, an application must be submitted, conforming to the Change of Name Act specific to that province or territory. People who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory where they live (usually 18 or 19) can apply to change their name. Those younger than the required age, can still change their names if they have been married, have a common-law relationship, or have their guardian's consent, by submitting an application.. . To be eligible, you must have either been born in the province or territory, or have lived there for a certain period of time before the application was submitted ? ranging from three months to a year.

Really, copying and pasting the letter to your Congresscritter is entirely against the whole idea of Boy Scouting, as it's plagiarism and consequently thoroughly unethical. You're expected to put some work into this.. . However, on the flip side, I will bet you dollars to donuts that your letter will not be read by your representative. They're busy, you're a minor and thus not a voter, most don't actually have to care about what voters think because they're gerrymandered into safe seats, and, most importantly, you're not a lobbyist. If you were to include an invitation to a nice dinner and a trip to Europe in your letter, yeah, then your Congresscritter might actually read it.. . How's that for Citizenship in the Nation?
