  • At Krumholz Dillon, P.A., we have been protecting the rights of employees and accident victims in Hudson County and New Jersey since 1956. Our lawyershave nearly 90 years of combined legal experience, a tremendous knowledge of the law, and trial-tested skills that have consistently produced outstanding results for clients with legal issues involving:

Employment Law for EmployeesWorkers’ CompensationPersonal Injury and Wrongful Death

About Our Practice The very nature of our practice areasmeans that most people are in crisis at the moment they call us or walk through our doors. We understand. And though we might not immediately know exactly what a new client does need at that moment, we know that what they do not need is a lawyer who will keep them at arm's length. As a client of our firm, you will work directly with your attorney from the beginning of your case through its conclusion. You will find that we are compassionate, responsive, and helpful, even as we fight to protect your legal rights.

As important is the fact that at our firm, every detail of your case will be given the complete attention of a skilled attorney. This is not the experience you are likely to have at a larger or more impersonal law firm where even if you have an experienced attorney representing you at trial much of the research and detailed work behind the scenes is provided by paralegals or less experienced lawyers. We find that every case, no matter how strong it should be, is only as strong as the preparation that goes into it.

At Krumholz Dillon, we believe that every case is unique. We believe that each client, regardless of their legal issue, receives great benefits from working directly with their attorney. We know that the work we do is as much about the people we do it for as it is about the law itself. We put these basic beliefs into practice every day.

I got married in June and have finally decided to change my last name to my husbands last name. I did not use his last name on the marriage certificate. Will I need to go to court to have my name changed now, or can I just simply change it myself through documents (SS card, Drivers License, etc.).

I am a single mother trying to make an extra dollar. I have a hobbie taking photos and was inspired to start an affordable way for low income families to get quality pictures.

I had 10 negative items in my report and I had to keep plugging away at it to get them removed and I was successful with 8! The other two were amendable and we agreed that the reasion for the unpaid amount was related to a defective merchandise issue which had never benn resolved to either party's satisfaction. this made my score come up by 18 points! . But it did take a year of constant hammering at the problem before most of my creditors decided for the amount owed and the age of the debt, it was not worth pursuing.

Grammar check that, I am not very knowledgeable about grammar, but I know that's not totally right... I suggest having a teacher look at it if you can.. . I first remember stepping into the TORONTO Library nearly 5 years ago, the second day I had come to Canada FROM WHERE?, and being astonished by its collection of books on every subject I could think of. I was also amazed at the way it brought people of all ages together whom spent hours in the library peacefully reading and educating themselves. It wasn?t long till I started spending most of my free time reading books, most of which I couldn?t totally understand. I improved my English at an incredible rate, and unto this day I have the library to thank for many of my high marks I receive on essays. You need to give 1-2 paragraphs about what makes you right for this job (things included in your resume or application).. . What does the job posting list as responsibilities and how can you relate those to what you've done in the past? What skills make you right to work at the library? Do you possess superior listening and communication skills so you can understand what people want and make suggestions? Explain where things are quickly but in good detail? Are you really organized and detail oriented? Maybe you've worked on a project where organization was important... Time management? Efficient? Friendly? Outgoing? Welcoming? Eager to learn? You need to provide some examples (even if it's from school) that show that you can do this job. Your eagerness is really good, but you also need to show that you have experience.. . Summarize in 1-2 sentences why you're a candidate. Something like "between my experience and my passion for _____ I believe that I am a candidate for further consideration". Provide contact information so they can ask you questions if needed, how, and when. "If there is further information you require from me, I can be contacted at blahblahblah between the hours of blah and blah" (if any hours are good "at your convenience"). then thank them and say something bold that emphasizes that you believe you deserve a chance "thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing from you." "I will call you next week to set up an appointment to view your facility. Thank you for your time" etc.
