First you must be a legal adult. Contact probate court which handles legal name changes. Once the name change takes place you will receive a certified copy of the legal name change. You show this document to anyone where you want to change your name- including social security. Can't say I think much of the way you want to spell your name - hope you'll enjoy going through life having to spell it all the time plus you can expect others to misspell it as well.

Wisconsin currently has no estate tax. See below.. . Wisconsin Estate Tax Expires January 1, 2008. . The Wisconsin estate tax is based on the federal credit for state death taxes after December 31, 2007. There will be no federal credit for state death taxes for deaths occurring in 2008 through 2010. Therefore there is no Wisconsin estate tax for deaths occurring between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2010.. . In the absence of further law changes, both the federal and Wisconsin estate tax will be restored for deaths occurring on or after January 1, 2011.

If the credit company you are talking about is a collector, you might send them a debt validation (DV) letter. . Do not sign your signature to any correspondence that you send to a collector, only type your name or print your initials.. Send it certified mail return receipt. . If the collector is reporting on your credit reports, when you receive the signed green card back from the DV then send a dispute to the CRA's (credit bureaus). . If only the original creditor is reporting, don't send anything to them at this time. Send the CRA's your dispute first.. . For the CRA's, you might send something like the following:. . Your name & address. . CRA name & address. . Re: Account #xxxxx. My social security number is xxx-xx-xxxx (yes it is ok to give the CRA's your SSN). . Dear CRA,. . I have included a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my utility bill as proof of my identity.. . I have no knowledge or records for the account #xxxxx that is on my credit report #xxxxxx.. . Please inform me of the name and address of the original creditor **and of the current reporting account holder.(**include the starred sentence if there is another company also reporting, Omit the starred sentence if only the original creditor is reporting) . . Please inform me of the reported date of first delinquency as any account I may have had at one time would be obsolete at this time.. . I am also requesting the name of the person that provides this information and the manner in which it was provided so that I may persue legal remedies if I so choose.. . Sincerely,. Your signature (yes you can and should sign your signature to a CRA dispute letter)

I want the check is cashed and documented to be for that transaction and in cashing it attached to that letter it constitutes a legal agreement.. . I never wrote such letter so I?d like to get some of your advice to find the sample letter online.

My brother in law has power of attorney over my Father in law. My Father in law has recently been placed in a home - not sure if he has Alzheimer's but in any event doesn't really have a grip on reality and is unable to handle his affairs.. . We have discovered that my brother in law is planning to move into his father's now empty house and is intending to let his own property. I'm fairly certain that his father's affairs are set up such that everything is paid by DDM from his accounts and knowing my brother in law he'll just leave them be and let my father in law fund his life.. . My question is - surely this is classed as theft under the power of attorney regulations? it certainly seems to be an abuse of his position. Assuming it is - what can we do about it?.
