  • At Krumholz Dillon, P.A., we have been protecting the rights of employees and accident victims in Hudson County and New Jersey since 1956. Our lawyershave nearly 90 years of combined legal experience, a tremendous knowledge of the law, and trial-tested skills that have consistently produced outstanding results for clients with legal issues involving:

Employment Law for EmployeesWorkers’ CompensationPersonal Injury and Wrongful Death

About Our Practice The very nature of our practice areasmeans that most people are in crisis at the moment they call us or walk through our doors. We understand. And though we might not immediately know exactly what a new client does need at that moment, we know that what they do not need is a lawyer who will keep them at arm's length. As a client of our firm, you will work directly with your attorney from the beginning of your case through its conclusion. You will find that we are compassionate, responsive, and helpful, even as we fight to protect your legal rights.

As important is the fact that at our firm, every detail of your case will be given the complete attention of a skilled attorney. This is not the experience you are likely to have at a larger or more impersonal law firm where even if you have an experienced attorney representing you at trial much of the research and detailed work behind the scenes is provided by paralegals or less experienced lawyers. We find that every case, no matter how strong it should be, is only as strong as the preparation that goes into it.

At Krumholz Dillon, we believe that every case is unique. We believe that each client, regardless of their legal issue, receives great benefits from working directly with their attorney. We know that the work we do is as much about the people we do it for as it is about the law itself. We put these basic beliefs into practice every day.

Hope that helps.

You write letters to request information, request action, provide information or describe an event, decline a request, and express appreciation.. . When you write letters to the school, you want to express concerns and educate your reader about your child?s problems.

Notary Publics in each state are governed and must follow the legislation of each state, which may set a maximum or what can be charged per notarization. In most states, the office of Notary Public falls under the office and jurisdiction of the Secretary of State.

What you want to do is to save the document as a template. From the File menu do a Save As..., and under where you type the name you can change the file type to Template. Instead of doc, it will have a dot extension.. . In the future you can do a File/New and it will offer you a list of avilable templates. You pick that template, and it will open a doc file based on that template that you can file in and save without affecting the original form..
