Litigation

Litigation

This goes beyond power of attorney since she is your wife. If you don't have separate property then she has access to your stuff anyway. If you want to make sure that your kids are provided for and that she can't waste your assets or contest a will put your stuff in trust and name your kids as the benificiaries and your wife as a secondary trusty. If you get a revokable trust you will be the trusty and the person who controls the assets while you are alive and competent. This way she has access to your assets but can only use them in ways that you specifiy. In addition, she won't be able to contest the provisions of the trust as as easily as a will and she will be held accountable for the way that the assets are used.

The key is to only mention the details regarding the main plot. Don't go into minor details. Keep character background to a very minimum or not at all. Literary agents aren't dumb. They do this for a living and know what to expect, so don't feel that you need to take their hand and hold it and explain every single detail of your story and character motivation. That's what lands you a rejection.

2. Your First Letter is Always a Draft

As a thinking human being, you're entitled to doubt any idea that seems incorrect to you.. . If the God of the Bible did exist, did keep score, and did punish people in proportion to their actions, there are very few human deeds that seem bad enough to warrant truly eternal, unending punishment. A few that might warrant a really long time...Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Ivan IV of Russia, the leaders of the Inquisition, and a few notable murderers spring to mind.

I believe you will have to contact the council to get these answers.

and if you are under 18, you have to have a parent or guardian on the set and cannot work the regular filming hours.. . Don?t put other personal info, or any description of your self or your experience in the letter?that is what the resume is for. Especially avoid negative comments about yourself or others. . Don?t put other agents you have worked with as they may be enemies of this agent. . Don?t say anything about your passion, devotion, willingness to work hard for acting, etc. in the letter or talk about it in the interview. Every other actor feels the same way and it is BS in the highest degree and we all know it.
