So my uncle is Ina nursing home and I've had power of attorney over him for years. His health is really bad lately, due to a stroke. Recently I visited him in the nursing home and they told me that they changed his power of attorney over to his step son and that my uncle signed for it, yet he doesn't remember signing for it. I thought that if a person had a power if attorney that they couldn't make changes like that without me signing away my rights?.

Anyone actually had success using one of those free template letters on credit forums ???.

My friend saw a job opportunity (One-off) for some hair modelling (cut and colour) in Sydney, and I am considering giving it a go. The requirements are that you are between 5"6 and 6" so I want others to know if I am 'model worthy'. . My details:. I'm 15 years old turning 16. My height is 173 cm or 5"8. My weight is 49 kg (And no, I don't starve myself. I actually eat a LOT of stuff but I can't gain weight which can be frustrating ><). I'm Asian (Chinese). My face is heart shaped-ish. My breast measurement is 30' or 77 cm. My waist measurement is 72 cm or 28'. My face isn't a sexy type face, as in I find it hard to pull a sexy fierce look, with defined jawlines and everything. My face is more of a 'nice' look. . My other concern is that this job vacancy was posted on a university website, under the page of jobs. My parents say that it shouldn't matter, but I want to be sure.. . If I do consider it, they require you to have a resume sent in. How do I write that? Also regarding the fact that I've had no experience before.... . Please tell me honestly! I'm not going to throw a tantrum and don't expect to hear things like "You'll be a great model" etc..

What is a Irrevocable Grantor Trust with a life estate in it?

I tried to be reasonable and work things out with the step children. I thought we were all working together for the best plan of my father. They asked about my father living with them if it was okay with me. I said only if my father agreed to it, it's his personal choice. He said no to the step sons.. . My father was supposed to be released from the hospital. They told a bunch of lies, the step-son's wife called trying to make plans (and pretended she was me) I had never met the social worker, but had spoken to her. I go to the rehab place, and the step kids tried to set it up that my father could only be released to them and declared themselves as the family.(excluding me)
