lawyer Genest, Ryan A. Reviews

Historically, a woman takes the man's last name in marriage, but as times change, many realize that there is no point to this anymore. A woman is not a man's property. Furthermore, many women who accomplish a lot prior to marriage do not want to lose the identity they had throughout their accomplishments. If Mary Brown became a doctor and then got married, why should she become Mary Johnson jsut because she got married? She became an MD as a Brown.. . I like the idea of hyphenating a last name in marriage, but I believe for me personally, I want my entire family to have the same last name. Whether that means my husband will hyphenate his name and I will as well, as our kids will, or coming up with an entirely new last name, I do not think that because I am a woman, I should be the "odd man out" with a different last name than the rest of my family.. . Again, I am not tied to my last name, but on principle, I feel that I should make a personal stand that it is okay for a woman to want to keep her last name, despite history. Or have her man change his last name with her to form an entirely new identity. But one could argue that would be kind of pissing on your ancestors.

First, there is no such thing as universal legal forms. That depends on your jurisdiction, court, state, and what you really want to do.

after you've created your template, do a File > Save As and in the "file type" selection drop down list, select the Word Template (*.dot). This will save it as a template file (it'll have a .DOT extension instead of .DOC). Now whenever you open your template file, Word will prompt you to save it as a DOC file whenever you click the save option.. .

i have to give a couple of my employees "WORK EX" certificate, but i have no idea whatsoever what to write in it...i run a computer coaching institute, and these people are faculties and now they have find a better job somewhere else ,i have got my official letter pad and the "stamp"...but if i can see what a work-ex certificate looks like,it will help a lot....plz help....just started the institute a year ago..

google is you friend - but unless an attorney that represents you vets the letter, it will likely not stand up in court when you need it most.. . and if you are going to have a lawyer vet it, you might as well have him write it because he will have to rewrite the one you give him anyway.
