kindly brief on how to write a guarantor letter for employement.. . thank you..

It has good points, but it kind of does suck. My whole family works in the healthcare industry both on the provider side and the regulatory side and even we are confused about what is going on half of the time.

Under 18s require parents to give written permission to model and to chaperone them to any shoots, interviews and casting calls. Only parents can send in pictures of under 18s to agencies. Parents must ensure work is within government guidelines with regard to hours, pay etc. If applicable a youth work permit will be needed.. . In many countries it is illegal for photographers to take images of anyone under the age of 18 years which are of a provocative nature. This means nude, implied nude, topless or implied topless and includes lingerie or swimwear shots. It is illegal for anyone to upload to the internet or cause to be published or to be made public any images (including transference of mobile phone images) of anyone under the age of 18 years that are of a provocative nature including nude, implied nude, topless, implied topless, underwear or swimwear shots - check the law in your own country.. Portfolios should include images in your chosen genres. Clear amateur shots are acceptable. Professional images show you work in a studio environment. Use shots from several photographers. You will need permission from the photographer to include his/her images in your portfolio as they own the copyright. Professional images should be un-edited. When applying to agencies they require head & shoulder shots, forward facing, side shot and full length body images. Under 18s should be fully clothed. Over 18s, can be fully clothed (plain white t-shirt, fitted jeans) but for some agencies swimwear is acceptable... . You don`t have to work through an agency, you can freelance through the aforementioned model network sites for photographic work if this suits your lifestyle better. It`s hard work and you have to keep on top of your messages etc. Prior to being signed to one of the top UK agencies a model friend of mine was putting in 60 hours a week of her own time networking with other industry professionals.. .

What questions should I ask the real estate agent?

My father died when I was very young. When my mom remarried, my stepfather at the time adopted me and gave me his name. They are now divorced and I have no relationship with the man, nor do I want one. My mother still has my original birth certificate. Is there a way to file the original BC to return to the name I was born with? Or, exactly what steps do I need to take?
