  He has been trained and certified by the New York State Capita! Defender's Office to represent individuals charged with Capital Murder in New York State, and has been directly involved in two death penalty cases, once as lead counsel.

  He has been appointed Special Prosecutor by the Tompkins County Court on several occasions. In his capacity as Special Prosecutor, Mr. Baker obtained a murder conviction in one of New York State's first prosecutions to use DNA profiling to identify the defendant (People v. What is a Extended Family?

I'm a college graduate and there is something I don't understand: Reference letters. Can someone tell me how this exactly works?. . What I mean is, I know the people who I will have do my written reference letters for employment. I have 2 people I worked with and 2 character references from professors. The thing is, I don't need to ask them for any job I end up getting an interview with, do I?. . Sorry about the ?'s but it kept giving me an error that my Q was too short haha.. I have an ATT Tilt phone (HTC) which I really love. There is one problem. It goes though the battery in like three hours if you are using it. I was wondering if anyone out there has a solution on how I can get more battery power. I would even consider a power pack of sort if one is available. I use a sling box with my phone for when like I am at a baseball game and want to see the broadcast too. I also like to use the internet a lot. When I am at home or my office, I keep it plugged in.
