I Would like to make different designs up on a site such as show it or another site and sell them as pre styled designs. I have a few questions though.. . 1. If I were to sell these designs is this legal?. 2. Is there a way that I can make these deigns without having to pay the mothly fee such as letting it lay dormant after a free trial?. 3. has anyone got any tips for using a sites like this and designing and selling pre made templates?. . A deed poll is a very simple legal document to prepare. The website you mention is a proper company and carries out a service for a fee. It is NOT a government agency, nor is it "official" as there is no official agency for such a service.. . What I can certainly say is that there are many other places that would charge you a lot more to do this.. . But if you really want the cheap and simple, just tell people that from now on you wish to be known by a different name. As long as this is not done for fraudulent purposes, your name is changed by common usage, all that a deed poll does is simply record the fact for you.

I recommend North Carolina. I live there and it's a cool state. The summers aren't too hot and the winters are not too cold. As for the cities, if you want to live in a big city choose Charlotte pop. (710,000). My sister lives there and it looks very nice. If you want to live in a city smaller in size then I'll pick Greensboro about 260,000 people, or the capital Raleigh (406,000 people). I live in Greensboro it's a safe city, not too many people, it's part of the "Triad" region. The triad is part of Greensboro, High point, and Winston-Salem. Also one of the reasons I'll perfer some one to move here is because Greensboro is right in the center of north carolina. It takes about 2 hrs to go to the mountains and 3-4 hrs to the beaches. We also get on average 8 inches of snow. As for Wisconsin I really wont recommend it, and i'll tell you why. My aunt lives in Milwaukee and says the fall, and winter is VERY cold. They got a lot of lake effect snow up there also since they have the great lakes. So I wont recommend it unless you like the cold. . Good luck on your decision to move!

It cannot be emphasised enough that this takes little time to write but often a long time to administer an Estate in the event of the death of a person.. Don't leave it to the H?ir Hunt?rs who take a commisssion for finding and doing what you can do for nothing!. Yes, the value of an Estate reverts to the Treasury here too.. I have written several Wills and three of them have gone to Probate level. All have been admitted,. However, there are so many facets to a Will that the Solicitor is probably the best, if not cheap. Me? I do it for nothing, for my friends!. Jan-Jan: So, I assume you live in rented accommodation. Surely you have goods and chattels, like a computer, jewellery, possibly a bank account, furniture and who knows, if you receive something before you die, who will have it? Without a Will, the treasury! If you know the date and time of your demise ok..
