• Mr. Schweitzer is a principal whose primary area of practice is civil litigation. The majority of his practice has concerned real property disputes and title insurance matters. He has been handling title insurance claims for over 13 years and is experienced in both first and third party title insurance claims. Mr. Schweitzer supervises the title insurance practice group at the firm, and has participated in or supervised more than 700 title insurance claims.Mark is the Chair of the Agents' Section of the Maryland Land Title Association and an active member of its Education Committee.Mr. Schweitzer received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Maryland, University College in 1992 and Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 1995. Mark is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of the District of Columbia. He has been a member of the Florida bar since 1995, the District of Columbia Bar since 1996, and the Maryland Bar since 1997.   At its inception in 1982, the firm concentrated in the areas of tax and corporate law (Mr. Hosea) and probate and real estate law (Mr. McNamee). Mr. Kim, who represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, joined the firm in 1985.

  By 1988, McNamee Hosea had grown to a firm of seven attorneys. On December 1, 1988, it merged with Milton Jernigan and Associates, P.A., a corporate firm founded in 1982. This merger increased the firm to ten attorneys and expanded its expertise into the areas of franchise law and banking law.
