Good luck!!. . PS! I live in Phoenix and got married in Sept 2008 and I got married in Maui, Hawaii on the beach and we managed to keep our budget of $5,000 as well. We did a Luau for the reception, so we got dinner and a show and it was great. We went to a nearby resort who had dance at night and we partied away all night.. . PS2! I got my wedding dress custom made from China for a total of $125 incl. shipping. I sent a picture of the dress I wanted and they made it for my measurement. A friend of mine in Sweden did the same thing and she saved over a $1,000 on her dress by doing what I did.

i going to pass my english exam but i still dont know how to write informal letter in english.. can you help me? do you know the structure of the letter?.

I heard on the grapevine that my tennant was planning a moonlight flit. They have been in the property 4 and a half years. the tennancy agreement was a 12 month one which ended april 1st. I have checked the tennancy agreement and it says if not renewed it runs on a month to month basis and the tennant has to still give 1 months notice. . Her rent is usually paid the 1st but i still havnt received it and hadnt received her notice. So i tried to phone her to ask what was going on. I was ignored, so i posted a letter saying i knew she was moving out and needed to be in to inspect the property within 48 hours and could she contact me with a convienient time. that was friday. I had no response so i text on monday. The reply i got was that she was going to give her notice until i sent the letter. But if this is the case, the notice should have been given on july 1st. I posted the letter August 3rd. I still didnt hear anything, so on wednesday 8th august i went to the property and knocked for about 10 mins. I also tried to call. No answer. So i opened the door with my key. I shouted up the passage and knocked on the living room door and her husband opened it. I asked what was happening and he said they were moving out in a couple of days. I said well where is your notice and he said he doesnt have to give it cos tennancy has ran out, so i told him to read through it again. I have a feeling they are going tomorrow, when she gets paid, thats when she can pay for new property what they have been doing up for a couple of months, and im not going to get a penny. where do i stand legally?.

so im a senior in HS and im thinking about my future lol. . my question is how much is the average slalry of an immigration attorney?. what is the work like. also, i dont need bachelors in law studies for law skool right?. I speak fluent english and spanish so thats a plus =] but what is it like being an immigration attorney.. . Im stuck on whether gooing to skool for this or for finance. thanx in advance!.

This is simple. You need to either go to the courthouse and confirm if the deed was actually recorded. I'm assuming it wasn't given the lawyer's response. If it is still recorded as being owned by John Q. Public...you are out of luck. If it is recorded as John Q. Public Trust...you are in business. It is also possible, that when the trust was established, a revised deed was prepared but not recorded. It may be required to have "recorded" the revised deed prior to his death to be valid, however. Your lawyer should advise you. Again,...quick answer to your question can be found at the courthouse. Good luck...you have my sympathies.
