  • Mr. Salguero was born in Venezuela and grew up in Colombia. He attended Northern Illinois University where he received his Bachelors of Finance and worked for a variety of financial institutions in the Chicago land area. Mr. Salguero continued his educational journey at Northern Illinois University College of Law where he Presided over the Latino Law Student Association (LLSA) and served as the Central Regional Director for the National LLSA. In 2012, he graduated with a Juris Doctorate and was recognized for his leadership and service with the Edward F. Diedrich Award.

ethicly you have to write as truthful of a report as possible., just becuase you didn't like her, doesn't mean she wasn't a good employee. if she was not a good employee, tell her you shouldn't be the one to write it. if you decide to, just include the facts that yes she did indeed work there, showed up on time, completed her wrork to your satisfaction. recomondations usually provide glowing remarks about being a tremndous asset, and a credit to her proffession, and what not.. leave those kind of things out of it, and she would have to be retarded to try to use it to get a job.

If the doctor decides that a patient may only have six months to live..... he may sign for them to have hospice care. Hospice is at home care. where a nurse will come in to take care of the patient and be sure. they will not have pain. It is palliative care. Some hospitals do allow. Hospice to come in the hospital....they move the patient to another. area where the family can be with the patient and will provide care. there...this is for someone who may only live a few days.
