I'm 16, and I wish to change my name, but one of parents who has joint custody of me refuses to give consent. I have done my research, and in the province of Ontario (which I live in), if you are 16 or 17 years old and your legal guardian(s) refuse to give their consent, you can ask the Ontario Court of Justice if they would let you apply to change your name without their consent. The only problem is, I have no idea how to do this. Will i need to get a lawyer? Or go to court? Thanks so much for any ones help, I'm desperate to do this :).

My friend signed a written agreement to change custody with his ex wife. Would she be able to file that in court or does a stipulation still need to be signed? If so can he still change his mind?.

I am applying for some jobs as a photographer. It has been years since I have written a resume and I am looking for some advice. Thanks!.

Unless you formalised some sort of agreement he has NO right to any type of payment.. Tell him to get lost and file his invoice in the bin.

I did work experience for a school to aid in my application for a PGCE, the lady in the PE dept who I worked for asked for a template, what does this mean and what should I ask her to write?.

Their store policy says 7-10 days delivery, so they are still within their promised window. . I see they did not state "business days" but probably mean this. However, so sad, too bad for them: if you don't get product by August 27, contact PayPal and tell them you want a refund for "breach of promise" on part of the store and explain that they did not contact you (and go and fill out the form a few more times so that you can truthfully say "we attempted to contact them several times" to bolster your case.
