can someone tell me where can i get freewebs templates the templates they offer are too simple so i was looking for more advanced and bets looking....

The letter you wrote is fine as is just omit the first sentence. Put it the date and on that date you will return the keys.. . And everything else is fine. Trust me they don't need anymore information. If they do have to contact you, you have provided the information.. . Best Wishes on your move. Louise

I need to find a website where you can create and print your last will and testament for free and does not require a credit card. Please can someone help?.

Stay off the phone when dealing with collectors. . Send everything in writing and sent by mail. Do not sign your name to anything you send to a collector, only type your name or print your initials. Everything you send to a collector should be sent certified mail return receipt.. . If it is the collector who is showing the open date as 2008 then it is probably the date the collector was assigned or purchased the account. That date has no bearing on your states collecting SOL or the reporting period on your credit reports.. If the collector is reporting then the original creditor "must" report a zero balance.. . As for the credit reporting period - no payment "after the account was charged off" can re-age the account to allow it to report for a longer period than the original default date.

I am sending a letter to a mother and son, I don't want to say "Dear Mr. and Mrs. LastName" because they are not married, but I don't want to say, "Dear Mrs. LastName and Mr. LastName" because that's too long. Any suggestions?.

I'm Malaysian with a small percentage of Japanese blood. When I was born, my parents decided on a completely white name. I'm not gonna say what it is but an example is John Smith. I grew up my whole life loving the Japanese culture because my mom would show me to cool things about Japan (she's the one that carries the Japanese blood), though she has a Malaysian name. I'm 16, and my parents made a big decision letting me to live with my friends in Japan. I want a Japanese name. Please don't say anything other than telling me how I can obtain a Japanese name permanently. I live in Texas and I'm aware there is gonna be alot of work to change the name and I'm willing to do it.. (Yes, I would like to change my permanent name to my birth certificare, social security card, etc.) I hate having a white name.. The thing is, will America accept changing my name into a Japanese name?.
