go to the local county court hause a warning letter thats says you have three days is like 25 bucks depends on the city but in most states after 5 days he is a resident is he on the lease if not he can sue you for illegal sub-leasing see but maybe go to home depot or the local office max why they carry basic forms for contracting and leases and so on just look for an eviction notice

email address help?? pleaseee!!?

I had my name legally changed last year, when filling out my application they do ask for a reason, but I just put "Personal Reasons". No one ever asked me a single question about it. All they cared about was that I paid all the filing fees associated with a name change.. The court simply does not care enough to deny you a name change if you are not changing it to avoid prosecution.. . You can change your name 10 times a year for all the court cares. All they care about is that you pay for the court and filing fees.

I am trying to find a good printable preschool assessment form (for teacher to give to parents) anyone know of any? Or it can be an assessment for a 2-3 year old. Needs to have a spot for Fall and Spring evaluation.

urgent.

Have your grandmother sign a bill of sale for whatever amount you two deem fit, and have it notarized. THEN... go down to the DMV and file for a "lost title". It'll cost you maybe $200 or so, but it'll be worth it to make a legal transfer of ownership.
