Help!!! Please read !?

I always write letters when I am frustrated. I would use the same outline and style as you would a persuasive essay, only in letter form. Start by stating your opinion, and a topic sentence with atleast three details supporting your opinion. You could include things like who will be affected, or you said the school has been around for over one hundred years. I always try to be heart-touching because most people care about the welfare of others, and they will most certainly recognize this if you describe the broken hearts of little children that will be caused by their tramline. Conclude it by restating your opinion and saying you hope they'll consider your words carefully, and choose your side. Something along those lines should be beneficial. Don't forget to throw in some words they'll need a dictionary to look up for professionalism. . Hope this helps :)

I've written to customer services twice, called more times than I could count, and currently they are saying "your issue has been progressed and the refund is being processed, it will be refunded soon", however the months are just going by and there is no sign of the refund.
