The new rules for better resumes start with the fact that there are fewer rules. There's an opportunity for some creativity, but not for gimmicks. What works today is conservative style and a focus on a key achievements - especially those that are of particular interest to the reader.

A medical Power of Attorney, health care proxy, or health care representative, or other terms, is named to speak for an incapacitated patient. IF a patient is competent to speak for himself in the view of his doctor, or a doctor, then the proxy is irrelevant. EVERYONE 18 and older should have one--it's not something just for the elderly.. . The healthcare proxy should be well versed in what the patient WANTS. He must understand what the patient knows of his health, of medical care in general, and what his goals are as too many people get their medical MISinformation from TV shows and say foolish things with no real information to back it up ("I wouldn't want to be on a ventilator!" Well a ventilator is NOT necessarily permanent--could be for a few hours or a couple of days--still would NEVER want to be on one?). . So a proper proxy understands the real goals and WILL abide by those wishes or will not serve.. . If you're worried if you can get stuck for their bills, etc. the answer is no. You're speaking for the patient. If he has insurance, it rules, as always. If he's basically broke, Medicaid rules, etc.. . A proxy SHOULD stay in touch with the patient and should be familiar with the patient's med history, medications, conditions, physicians, and current wishes or concerns. Legally he's not required, however, to do that.. . Excellent book that would be a useful guide:. Michael J Laurence's. A Matter of Life and Death: Informed Advance Health Care Directives. walks you through the medical, legal, and spiritual issues so you get good answers from the right people for the patient's situation.

If you want to work in commercial real estate then work with a commercial broker who will teach you the business. The earnings can be huge but you need to know a lot. As a former real estate agent who sold a few small commercial listings I well know I am not up to speed for the big transactions.

i have recently sort of started my own business. my friend does the same sort of thing that i do - web design, graphic design, photoslideshows, the normal geek things lol. several times he has done the work requested and has not been paid despite promises even from close friends, and has been taked to court due to complaints or issues he supposedly has not issued. my ? is - since i dont want this to happen to me, court and nonpayments and argueing, is it stupid to create a "form" addressing the basics, agreeing on payments and the details of the projects, basically serving as a contract? also, this would be sort of records for me, and of course i would make 2 copies, 1 for me, and 1 for the customer. i would really appreciate input on this. thnx so much..

. . I am writing this letter because I need assistance in enforcing the court order established for child support for my child.. . On Monday, January 1st, 2005, case number ABC1234567890 was established between myself and John Doe. Mr. Doe was ordered to pay $250 per month in child support for Junior Doe. This amount was in addition to $75 in arrears payments to be made until the full past due balance, at the time, of $2,000 was paid off.. . As of today, June 13, 2013, Mr. Doe has made 14 full or partial payments totaling $3,200. He is currently $24,300 behind on his child support payments.. . The continued and blatant disregard for the court order to support the child has caused undo harm to Junior. I ask that we set a hearing to establish wage garnishment and any other relief the court deems appropriate.

Sample letter to NVC to update my I130 petition. Please help.?
