Randall S. Jackson, Jr. is an Associate with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1998, the Kentucky Bar in 1999, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Randy joined the firm in 2004. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Chemistry in 1994 from Saint Louis University, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1998. Prior to receiving his law degree, Randy worked as an analytical chemist at a pharmaceutical testing company in Saint Louis, Missouri. In 2003, he graduated cum laude with an M.S. in Chemistry (emphasis in biochemistry) from the University of Cincinnati. He is an active member of the American, Ohio, and Cincinnati Bar Associations, as well as the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Does anyone know what are the differences in the two contracts below?

I am planning a trip to New York to see if I can view an actual NFL draft for the first time. Does anyone have a clue if the entrance is free or do you have to purchase tickets to view the draft live?. I know the draft just ended but I am leaning towards the next draft, next April 2008..

Ok...well I already got fingerprinted and paid all my fees.. But there is one problem...we filled out all the application with my maiden name....now I would like to change my last name..so that my husbands last name will be on my greencard. I understand how to do it when I already have a GC but Im still waiting...so will I be able to change it before I receive it? How? . Or can I only change it after I received it and file I-90??. Thanks.
