Litigation

I Live In Port Arthur Texas And Going to take a drivers ed test to get a permit. I need to know Can I Get One From The DPS Office Or Do I Have To Go To The Social Security Office?.

Your letter is quite good.

How is a good application letter supposed to appear when written (layout)? give examples. Thanks for your concern.

Can you have a legal name change reversed?

here again, a goodly amount of graphics, templates, eTc., to choose from, and easy to use as the other two.

you can have them sign a form from their bank adding you (or if you find it necessary, giving only you) to who can access and use their bank account. You have to fill in all these forms, get your grandparents to sign them, get them notarized, and file them with the county clerk (and you'll have to contact them to find out how many copies they need and what else you have to do to make it all legal). And your family may need to talk about taking away your grandparents' driver's licenses, maybe look into providing some alternate means for your grands to get around (cab? different family members making themselves available when needed? assigning different family members days they are to chauffeur your grands around?). If they are getting lost for hours/days, then you guys have to make sure they can't do that again.. . Make sure your grands have a will, general health care directive, maybe even a power of attorney re healthcare (someone to make decision should one or both your grands becomes unable to make vital medical decisions on their own). Someone should also always go with them to their medical appointments and take notes (or record) about what the doctor says--when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, even she admits as soon as she heard the diagnosis her mind completely shut down and she didn't hear anything else the doctor said (so we had to call him after she got home to find out) and I know of an elderly woman who went in for an outpatient procedure, she was supposed to come back the next day to have something removed but she didn't remember for months and all that time the thing festered inside her so she had to have major surgery to remove it. Most state governments have websites for the elderly and you might be able to find an advocate to guide you as to what else you might want to look into to help out your grands.
