Litigation

I live in California. My Aunt passed away and her evil half sister was wrongfully granted Executor of the Estate by the Aunt's Father (Father was never in the picture Aunt was never married so it was appointed to him by default and half sister was the first to pounce).. She disposed of the Will and took the car, money and all materials.. During funeral the Evil Half Sister spent the Aunt's money, wore her clothes and drove her car. I have ALL family members and a neighbor who helped my Aunt write the Will on my side, per my Aunt wanted all her belongings split up evenly by a different sister.. Is there anything I can do without a copy of the Will? All I have are witnesses, verbal promises and what should have been the real Executor of the Estate (different sister)...

I filled out both when I had arm surgery in 1999. I was completely healthy, but I wanted to make sure those decisions were made by me and expressed to my family before I had the operation just in case of emergency. I filled them out again when I had my first child because I had moved to another state. I filled them out for the same reason. I know it seems morbid, but you really never know what's going to happen. One of my friends just died after being in a coma for a week from a series of strokes he had. He was 30 years old and nobody knew what to do with his care in the hospital because he never told his family any of his wishes regarding these matters and it was horrible for them.

how to write the perfect Cover letter ? give examples?

Oh, yes, those can be quite expensive. Ask your accountant for a meeting. We learned a lot in just an hour, by ours telling us what to look out for in partnership agreements, termination terms, ownership, etc. But don't be surprised if it makes you realize how worthy those attorneys are, after you hear the stories the accountant can weave for you.

I'm interested in making flyers to promote my products for extra cash. I checked out SmartDraw and it was great. But this is the reason I'm doing it...to get cash....not to spend $197 on a program...I really want it put it seems that it's too expensive.... . Do you guys know any free programs to make flyers and signs?.

Sometimes a cover letter with the application form is a good idea.
