Our experience, both in and out of the courtroom, provides us with the perspective needed to help our clients assess all their options and achieve their legal objectives.

Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman and Guekguezian is a well-established, full service firm with longstanding client relationships in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. When asked why they choose to work with us, our clients often point to the following attributes:

    Reputation

We are well recognized for excellence. All of our named partners have been honored as Boston Magazine Super Lawyers six years in a row, 2004-2009. They have also earned the coveted Martindale-Hubbell AV rating for ability and ethics, the highest rating possible. Partners of our firm have been named to other prestigious lists, including the Best Lawyers in America and Boston Magazine's Rising Stars, Top 100 Lawyers and Top 50 Female Lawyers. Our firm was chosen by the prestigious Massachusetts Medical Society to serve as sole counsel for its Legal Advisory Plan.

Few law firms in the region can match our trial experience. We have tried many cases, including high-profile liability and malpractice cases, to successful jury decisions. We know how to try even the most complex cases; and we know how and when to pursue alternative resolutions.

    Cost-effectiveness

Our focus is on delivering real value. That means developing strategies for resolving cases cost-effectively, in accordance with our clients' priorities. It also means using our resources appropriately to provide the highest quality service at the most reasonable cost.

    Chemistry

Some of our named partners have worked together for more than two decades and many of our staff have been with us 15 years or more. We work well together and with our clients, who enjoy highly personal service from very personable professionals.

We look forward to showing you how Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman and Guekguezian has earned the trust of clients in a variety of industries and circumstances.

How far along are you? If you are not close to the end, the father may feel like he'd just be bothering you to call all the time, or it might not even occur to him that you'd like to hear from him. He may think that there's nothing for him to do during the 'in-between' part, and is waiting until your final weeks to get back involved (which sounds silly to me, but guys are weird). If he comes back around, and acts right, you can choose to give the baby his last name, but ultimately it is your decision.. . The only one of those options I would steer clear of is your maiden name, unless you decide to go back to it. It just doesn't seem sensible to me.. . But whatever your decision, be careful about it, don't make it on the spur of the moment at the hospital.. . I choose to give my son his father's last name, even though his father and I are not yet married. But we plan to be, and when we do, I will change my last name to his.. . My friend has a toddler and is in the middle of a divorice, and she's going back to her maiden name, but leaving her daughter with her ex's name. She says she wishes she would've kept her own name from the beginning, and hyphenated the baby's name.. . Another girl I know has 4 kids, and was only married to the dad of Number 1. After the divorice, she went back to her maiden name, and each of the other 3 'baby daddies' promised to be there, and so she gave the babies their last names, but then the guys all split. So there are 5 people living in that house, with 5 different last names.. . Good luck in your decision, and congratulations on your pregnancy!

I CANT DRAW, BUT I WANT TO BE A DRAWING MASTER...

Former Senator Al Gore once pointed out rightly so, that veterinary medicine cost much less than medical care for people.. . So what government act or agency can we credit for the low cost of veterinary care?. . IMHO they should be out in charge of all medicine as soon as possible..

Secondly, Should I state in section 7 (further information)the fact that the debtor has provided false information to the court (false addresses etc). If not is there any other information which should be stated here?
