Other countries have universal health care coverage. Additionally, the US is considered near the bottom on health care quality. Many people believe the US has the most expensive, least effective health care in the world. This leads many to argue for Health Care Reform.

I filled out a lot of surveys and forms in my lifetime and there is always something that bothered me.. . Why is there a separate question for Spanish/Latino/Hispanic people? I mean it is always like "Are you Spanish/Latino/Hispanic?" and there is a separate question "If not, choose your ethnicity.". Why? What is so special Spanish/Latino/Hispanic people?. . I am sorry if this comes out to be racist but it just bugs me to no end..
