• Michael W.?Freudenberg is an associate working primarily in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in New York State and Federal Court, as well as in alternative dispute forums such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). can somebody please give me a step by step guide to name change for my daughter i married my present husband and have also a younger daughter so that we have the same surname apart from my oldest daughter. there is a slight problem that 6 years ago my ex took me to court as he wanted parental responsibility, and found out that i had changed her name by deed poll then to my maiden name, the court said i had to change it back,. however now he has not even seen her for over a year there has been no contact, no birthday cards no maintenance or anything the csa are having problems getting response from him too,. what can we i would love all 4 of us to have the same surname please can somebody help thanks. he does not pay csa. or can my husband adopt her ?.
