  • Michael W.?Freudenberg is an associate working primarily in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. can somebody please give me a step by step guide to name change for my daughter i married my present husband and have also a younger daughter so that we have the same surname apart from my oldest daughter. there is a slight problem that 6 years ago my ex took me to court as he wanted parental responsibility, and found out that i had changed her name by deed poll then to my maiden name, the court said i had to change it back,. however now he has not even seen her for over a year there has been no contact, no birthday cards no maintenance or anything the csa are having problems getting response from him too,. what can we i would love all 4 of us to have the same surname please can somebody help thanks. he does not pay csa. or can my husband adopt her ?.
