First talk to the person you want to appoint to be sure that they are willing and able to do what is necessary and follow your wishes and advance instructions. The person might not be willing or able to fulfill such a tremendous responsibility. Once you have the agreement of the person you want to act for you, then go over everything with your attorney.. . In this case beware of preprinted legal forms. They might not be valid in your state. Or you might miss something in there you need to amend. Or you might not execute it properly, and any mistakes would invalidate the document. And these docs must be witnessed and notarized properly! Furthermore, unless you have proof and witnesses who can testify in court that you were fully in possession of your faculties when you discussed the docs with a professional AND when you signed of your full knowledge and free will, anyone can contest the docs and say were suffering from Alzheimers and did not know what you were doing, thus invalidating the documents. Do-it-yourself is a very bad idea in this sort of situation.

The term "Cursive" is a broad term to describe styles of writing where the letters connect, and samples of it can be seen as far back as the middle ages. Its purpose was purely for speed since there are fewer pen lifts in cursive as opposed to textura (print). And that is true btw. If someone takes time to learn cursive effectively, it is much faster, and easier on the wrist than print, but you do have to practice. It seems to me it was only with the developement of a style known as "copperplate" which is seen in the colonial times that cursive became decorative. (though there are some medeval styles that were semi cursive but still highly decorative.). . Modern cursive probably derives from copperplate, and is more designed to be used with a ball point pen, which is why I feel schools do a sevear disfavor teaching students cursive with a pencil.

I'm starting up a filming business, and for the moment I'm just renting a Canon XF100. I haven't started filming yet, but I have a job in a few weeks.

I am wondering if I send off my application to the parish listed on my birth certificate or the one closest to my current zip code? My parish is located in Louisiana but I live in MS. Also, should I wait to apply for my new ssc until I get my new birth certificate in (changed my name) or can I just send off both applications seperately? Do i send them to the same place, together? to the vital records registry? Thanks so much in advance!.
