Double barrelled name?

My lease at my apartment id due at the end of November, which means at the beginning of November, I need to give a 30-day notice that we are not renewing our lease and we're moving out. What kind of format should I use. Are there specific things I should say or a way I should word it? Are there any references online that can give me a template or something? Thanks!.

I need a brochure form any bank company. That's available online.. Post website link please. I can't find a any! Please!!!. I need a banks info on its Apr and interest rate on savings, credit. And checking account.. Thx.

The rent check was written and turned in on the same day the financial aid department told me my direct deposit would hit my account (although still five days late). I had no choice but to turn in the rent money on it's due date, risking eviction was not an option. The direct deposit agreement that I signed states, "I understand that it is my responsibility to verify that. payments have been credited to my account(s) and that the University of Oregon assumes no liability for overdrafts for any reason." I realize that this means they probably wont compensate me for the $115 in charges that I incurred from my bank and rental office but I feel strongly about taking action anyway. The agreement does not specify fees incurred so perhaps I should turn in documents and letters itemizing the fees from the rental office only. My question is regarding how to go about this and if there is an appropriate letter template I could use, I haven't been able to find one. Any advice would be helpful..
