Ask them. I don't know if lawyers might also do a credit check on a prospective client.. . How long do you have to go to law school to be a certified lawyer?

    Work experience enquiry?

An application without without a cover letter will get you nowhere, the employer will think you are lazy and not serious about the position you are applying for. If you couldn't even take one hour of your time to write a cover letter why should the employer bother.

Don't try to write your own Will from a book or the Internet. If it's not executed (signed and witnessed) correctly or doesn't comply properly with state requirements, it could be considered void, and you are back to square one.... with the government possibly deciding what happens to your things!. . Many small local lawyer's offices will draft and execute a simple will for a relatively small amount -- perhaps less than the price of 8 or 9 or so of your favorite new CD/DVD's!. . Many people are superstitious about getting a Will done. They figure if they get one done, that they will be done / dead / kaput / fiinished themselves. Think of it instead, as being similar to carrying an umbrella on a cloudy day. If you carry it, it's not going to rain! If you have a Will drawn up, you probably won't be using it for a long, long, long time!. . Good luck!

Each letter is capitalized, also like you already wrote, And is not used but instead the & sign (et al, etc.). . Also, not CO or co, but Co.
