Help with a Statutory Declaration UK?

Should the FEC have the power to prevent Citizens United Corporation from releasing film criticizing Hillary?

That's in a shady legal zone frankly, which is maybe why you got two different answers.. . Here's the thing.... . It's legal to name your company whatever you want (that's not already trademarked). You would have that legal ground to stand on.. . However... it is illegal to impersonate the police or any government official. And it has the potential to make your life more difficult in practical terms.. . You put yourself at a greater liability risk of having problems by prominently positioning the word "police" on your vehicle. The lawyer who told you not to do this wasnt thinking so much of the technicality of law, but rather of the practical.. . If your dead set against changing your name (and I wouldnt blame you if you were) I'd take a middle road and be circumspect about it.. . For instance, the logo or decal shouldn't feature the word "police" in large or easily readable letters.. . Maybe it should just say "Martel's Vehicles" and the word police can be in tiny script underneath it.. . If thats not amenable to you either, then you should perhaps consider putting additonal verbage on your truck... something like "This vehicle IS NOT a law enforcement vehicle". . There's a lot of lawsuit happy people in this country man that love going after a business... keep that in mind in your decision making. Any opening you give them WILL be taken advantage of.

My friend is going to some acting / modeling thing, and I think it's a scam, she's telling me they trained Ronald Reagan, Drew Bell, Eva Longoria, and some little kid from Hannah Montana to act or to model, I really don't believe it and apparently she thinks it's good credentials, she doesn't even remember the name of the company, if anyone knows who trained ANY of them, or what agency signed them first and all of that that would be a huge help, she thinks it's real and might be charged $1,970..

Also, they require a close up, a clear head shot, a profile shot, and a body shot. What's the difference between the first two, and the last two? Is profile the side, but full body still? And by closeup, do they want just my face or what?

Language: Is there any site that has ample examples of business letters?
