The State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas, 47 Kan.App.2d 1112 (2012). ?Assisted a client in completing a multifaceted infrastructure development and regulatory plan, which encompassed a new $2 billion baseload coal-fired power plant, significant environmental upgrades, and wind power. ?Represented a major electric utility in securing regulatory approvals for a coal-fired electric generating facility retrofit. ?Assisted wind developers with obtaining exemption as a public utility under state law addressing independent power producers and negotiated transmission construction interconnects. ?Acquisition of rural natural gas gathering and distribution facilities from bankruptcy and formation of a non-profit utility for major agricultural users in Western Kansas. ?Assisted wind developers with maintaining compliance with federal leasehold reporting requirements for over 30 wind energy projects in 12 states, with generating capacity of over 10,000 megawatts. ?Assisted electric cooperatives with multiple rate cases and other regulatory issues, including purchase power agreements and construction of natural gas generation facilities.

i know my guinea pig is pregnant but i want to know when she might give birth. . the date i saw them do u know what was february 28. but the babies havnt come yet when they should have. . so that prob wsnt the date she concieved. . anyway. my gp has atleast two babies as i can feel one on each side. when i feel then i feel some kind of bone or sumthing. and i can feel them and see them kick. seeing the mothers tummy shake about is a lil freaky lolz. . so do u know when abouts is she gnna give birth. . if ur gnna tell me to check the pelvic bones tell me how. becuse i am so confused. at the back there is a sharp tail bone thingy. and if u move inwards to the genitals there are two bones that have separated for a while know *bout 1 and a half weeks*. but if u move more up there are two other bones that r joined togeter is that the pelivic bones or the other?. . ps mi gp isnt to old to have babies so dnt worry. thanks for ur help. wish me good luck with the babies.
