Changing a surname is never a requirement for marriage. When you and your wife sign your marriage license, your wife will be asked if she wants to keep or change her last name. If she chooses to change it, it'll just be like applying for a legal change of name, and she will be able to change it to whatever she wants.. . Examples:. Kim Kardashian chose to keep her last name when she married Kris Humphries.. But, Khloe Kardashian changed her name to "Khloe Kardashian Odom", making Kardashian her middle name and taking her husband's last name.. . I'm so sorry for using that reference. I swear I'm not a Kardashian fanatic, it's just the first thing that came to mind.

When you don't have a name to address a letter to, it's appropriate to use "To Whom it May Concern" for your greeting. If you have job experience, briefly tell about your duties. It probably won't matter for a cashier's job, so don't worry if you don't. Also, tell them about your qualifications, for example... excellent attendance, attention to detail, good communication skills, fast learner. Have someone check it for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. A well written letter (even if it's brief) say a lot about how carefully you do things. I don't think it would hurt to include your address and phone number underneath where you sign your name. Better to be overly careful than not careful enough. . Good luck to you.

Hey, I want to change my name & surname legally. So, can somebody with experience in this regard tell me if that's possible and how? Also, will there be any problems with the certificates that I got from school & college & elsewhere after I change my name?. . i would be grateful if someone with experience in this regard can shed some light..

Any help would be great. Thanks!.

My father has been told he doesn't have long to live. He currently has a will established. What do I do with things that are still in his name vehicles personal property etc. As an executor does this allow me to sell the property without getting it tied up in probate court.? This is not about greed I just don't want to tie things up in court for months. Does a power of attorney form help with this? What are my options?.

Standard form is of the form: 0 = ax^2 + bx + c.. . This is the standard form:. -3x^2 + 18x - 10 = 0
