Please provide me with the following:
I changed my last name a long time ago. You can check with your local government on when you are legally able to do this, I think it changes from state to state. Normally it is 18 but, you can pick out another name anytime and go by it, a lot of people have aliases. It makes me sad when I hear some one say "I hate my name" as I know how they feel and that is why I changed mine. Legally I changed it by going to the university law library and bought a 'name change' packet for three dollars and when I had all the forms filled out I went to the courthouse and paid a $120 filing fee and they send me to one of the court rooms where it took only 10 minutes for the judge to degree it and stamp my papers.. I loved changing my name on my drivers license, social security card, etc. Good luck.
You take your marriage certificate to Social Security, and they will issue you a card with your married name on it. You take that to the MVA and get a drivers license with your married name. Then you just start using it. Change the name on all accounts. Keep in mind that although it is easy to change to a married name, it is a lot more involved and expensive to change it back, so make sure you want to do this.
To get a social security New Hampshire Name Change, you must first obtain a legal New Hampshire Name Change, and then send the paperwork to the social security office, to obtain a new card.
I would to to start buying stuff to get my business started but most places you need a EIN. I was wanting to know if u can use ur address as ur business address for right now, until you get everything together. And also, do u have to think of a name right now to put it on your EIN or can you change it later when you know for sure what you would like the name of your buissnes to be? I. just need step by step on what the form going to ask and what all I need first before I do it..
