i have had quite a few old debt sending me letter recently (loan finance credit card and other bills which to be honest i dont want to pay these are years old and was wondering if theres a time period where they decide to give up i heard something like 7 years ?? also bankruptcy ??how do you go about it how does it work. . im quite lucky to be in a position where i dont own much apart from whats in my room nothing to lose really so should i be worried could these debt automatically take there money out of my wages ??. . any help would really appreciate. thanks in advanve. i do have other debt im managing to keep on top off but these old ones are from when i was 18 im 26 now and have a new life with new debts so you see its not as easy as paying them as there is not enough money to pay them all i earn six pound per hour. the credit crunch was not bought on by people like me it was bought on by the banks who offer 18 year olds money out the ass and then offer little help when you struggle .and sorry to say this but if they took direct out of my wages id quit work and move abroad to a country who helps its citizens first and everyone else accordingly.

As for the letter, just be sure to include your name, the current date, the date of termination, your unit number and your new address/phone. Make it clear in the letter whether only you will be leaving, or if everyone will be leaving. Keep it short and to the point
