in California can an 9 year old phone bill effect your credit rating? there has been no attempt to collect.?

how to start in a real estate career?

My dad passed away last year Feb and left a will. On the will my dad left me and my younger brother a house that is rented out. My mom and sister is taking care of the house rent and repairs. Because my mom is still alive does she have the right to have rights to this house as long as she lives? She will respectfully fulfill the will of my dad but as long as she lives I dont have a problem with her collecting the rent and managing the property. My other brother seems to think that she owes him 1/2 the rent collected a year ago. Does he have that right? Shouldnt the widow have rights to everything even though my dad left the kids property while she is alive incase she needs it and then when she passes away his and her Wills will be executed? Please help..

I had a trust fund set up for me from the day I was born to age 18. Now that I have reached this age, I wish to get a hold of it. However, one of the contributors to the fund has recently passed away, and the other I have no way of contacting. I don't know what company it's with, if that would otherwise be relevant.. . Is there any way of getting hold of it, just using my personal details and possible locations of where it was set up?.

An Advance Directive is a document in which you give instructions about your health care, what you want done or not done, if you can't speak for yourself. Advance directives are not complicated. They can be short, simple statements expressing your values and choices. They are called ?advance? directives because you can make choices for yourself before you become seriously ill. Examples of Advance Directives are Living Wills, Health Care (Medical) Powers of Attorney and Mental Health Powers of Attorney.. . powers of attorney.. A legal instrument authorizing one to act as another's attorney or agent.. Should be done through an attorney.

Id suggest a petition that would actually make a difference.
