It would be easier to identify the phases of the 'inferior' planets as there would be more of them to observe.. . But, you would not be able to observe retrograde motions based on your homeworld 'passing' a planet in a superior orbit.. . They would probably learn heliocentricity and accept it slowly, like we did. However, determining the physics involved, like Kepler's Laws, for example, would be more difficult to develop.. . So you have some observations that, once the telescope were invented, would make it easier to support heliocentricity, but a lack of some observations to solidify it.

You and Mom need to have a talk with your lawyer or a lawyer that specializes in family law. The govt. won't do jack to help if your mom has relations living with her. You'll be better off convincing Mom to turn her assets over to a nursing home and entering it on her own accord. If you have to do it then the home can kick her back to you once they spent her assets on her care and someone else comes along with more assets/insurance policy for them to gobble up. Then you'll have to find another home to take her which may be nice or mediocre. While she is there Medicare/Medicaid will pay the expenses but when she passes the govt. will present your mom with a bill for 20% of what they paid! This can tally up to a considerable sum if Grandma lives to a ripe old age and can't be discharged thru bankruptcy. . I looked into this with a lawyer after having to move my mother in with me. She was living with my brother & family in Chicago who looted her assets then abandoned her after her bank finally started asking questions. I moved her down here to Texas and talked to lawyer since she didn't want to give me power of attorney over her affairs/medical affairs plus no local doctors would take her on as a new patient. The nice lawyer told me I was basically screwed as outlined above! She did mention I could try finding a retired lady that would be willing to live at the house rent free in exchange to assist my mother yet warned that was fraught with perils since many do that then file personal injury claims for back injuries, only to collect then find another job doing the same and doing the same again. Fortunately my mom got along just fine by herself for 4 years until I had to stop working to be with her 24/7. Used up my savings while not working for the last 4 years of her life. She passed when 98. My lawyer said I could've owed our rich uncle in DC $200,000 or more if I placed her in a home against her wishes. . Go see a lawyer!

Writing for a business audience is usually quite different than writing in the humanities, social sciences, or other academic disciplines. Business writing strives to be crisp and succinct rather than evocative or creative

If you have it sure, but it's not vital. So long as you are qualified to do the job and give a good interview you have as good a chance as any. Resume is a good idea as it gives the company a good early picture of yourself, though you'll probably have to do an application form first. references would usually be followed if accepted, unless it's someone from the company (or linked with them) which allows them to put in a good word with your potential employers
