I know nothing about getting a lawyer and all that...how do i get one and where??? Do i just pay them for help or whats the deal? and can they be trusted. I do not want an appointed attorney both times last time all they tell me to do is plea guilty and they dont want to fight for it...Everyone tells me i need to get my own lawyer but i dont know how to do it...I live in washington and i need help on a felony offense it doesnt seem like a big deal too me i was on my 4 wheeler on the road and a cop saw me and i ran away from it i got away but then i turned myself in and he didnt arrest me he just reported it now i gotta go to court for "Eluding Police" Class C felony. ive been convcited for 2 other felonies...And im not an adult im still a juvenile...I need help any advice?. And for more information.. Im a juvenile so no i don get a life sentence lol.... Ive been convicted for 2 felonies, and here in the juvenile system they call them points and if i get 3 points its just as i got one...but more time and the max time i can do is 30 days...that seems like nothing but when your in there 10 days seems like years...but anways and if you get 4 points (4 four felonys) you got to an instatution for i dont know how long. 6 months+...what im wanting is not doing 30 days or not even being convicted at all...i mean the cop shouldnt have chased me and scared the hell out of me in the first place.. Im not a bad kid...i just lived a bad life..

What's a good example of a cover letter...not the standard boring kind though? Something clever...?

m 17, i'm a senior in high school and i live here in Maryland with my grandparents. My parents live in florida. I moved down there when they did about 6 years ago. But i only stayed for 6 months. So i moved back up here with my grandparents and all. So now i'm in cosmetology classes at my school and in order to get credit for them i have to take the state board test. If i dont take it then i don't get credit without that credit i can't graduate. my grandparents dont have guardianship or anything for me. i can't get my ID without someone signing for them and they cant. My parents cant because they have florida ID's ....so now my question....I need my ID by october....is there any way my grandparents can get guardianship or temporary gaurdianship or SOMETHING so i can get one....Is there any quick guardianship processes...my parents agreed to sign the papers and everything. Please help! i'm desperate!!!. With that power of attorney stuff, they just sign the paper and that's it?? no judges or anything??. Whats the process if they agree to sign it? they sign the papers fax it back and then what?.

I am thinking about getting into real estate...I know there's more money in commercial but its harder to break into....any tips/ideas/suggestions?.

what will be the changes if we come to know that we are not alone in this universe n there are aliens?. will there be a war or peace?. will they be friendly?.
