Silly signs????

The law says that even a Will written in your own hand and signed and dated, is legal and valid. (As it should be.) There are many sites that have a downloadable Last Will and Testament. Just do a search for those words.

Wanting to change my name in Ontario, Canada. Will I have a hard time? Thanks?

I am preparing to apply to several colleges next semester, and many of my potential colleges need me to include letters of recommendation from pastors/mentors/teachers/employers. Would it be rude to ask a few of my references for generic letters of recommendation for me? I don't want to have to ask each reference for multiple letters (for multiple colleges), so can I just ask each person for one letter addressed to "your institution"? Would that be rude to either the college or the reference?.

I recently petitioned for a legal name change in ca. I however changed my mind on the last name I proposed to take over. Thus my biological last name A is being switched to name B... But I now decided I want to take a different last name,C. The court clerk can't give me "legal" advice but she said it is doable ... Which form is this that I do to change it its only been two days so there is still time... What's the process or form I fill out?.

What is 1099 form?
