Please sit down with them and get them to talk. Has your Mother already passed? I do Estate Planning so I realize most people put this off but just be matter of fact about it.. 1)Durable Powers of Attorney for Asset Management. 2) Durable POA for Health Care. 3) Living Will. 4) Will or Living Trust. I'd recommend a trust if your Dad owns a home or other assets since it avoids probate. 5) A list of assets and where and what they are. 6) List of his final wishes people to contact etc.. Hope this helps

Your legal last name is what's on your passport. If there was an error on your marriage license then you need to fix it. Still, your legal last name remains what is on your passport until you change your name in court and change it on your passport.

Yes, I would agree with that. It goes on the assumption made by governments and urban planners that the working classes are the bulk of the population. They earn the lowest incomes so are most likely to resort to crime, and they are assumed to be the least intelligent and thus not care too much about the consequences of their actions (though I would disagree about them being all that unintelligent!). Such a demographic is thus deemed the most likely to be troublesome and rebellious, and in need of control. This is done by insidious urban planning. It masquerades as convenient city design with housing and transport links provided en masse, but there are also other reasons.. . Perhaps the biggest example of this is the Baron Haussmann design of Paris. After the revolutions of 1789 and 1848, Haussmann was appointed city refurbisher, with the design brief of making Paris safer, both for its citizens and for its rulers. At this time, what the moneyed classes of Paris feared most was the descent of the revolutionary mob from the poorer quarters to the east such as Belleville, which had a reputation for the people power for such uprisings. To counter this, the Canal Saint Martin was constructed north-east of the centre, to defend against such a people movement, and entire areas were reconstructed.. . Close-knit knots of streets in slum areas were knocked down and its people displaced, in order to scatter them away from the hubs of wealth and power in the city. These areas, which had before been impregnable dens of plotting and uprising, were levelled, and newer, wider straight streets with low-rise buildings were built in their place. This had the ulterior motive of making Paris more open, and also much easier for troops and riot police to be transported around the city in times of need. Broad boulevards were deemed harder for people to barricade, and were also linked to the main train stations, so that security forces from the provinces could arrive and be easily deployed if they were called upon. Such planning is widely believed to be the reason why the Paris Commune in 1871 only lasted for about a week, rather than the longer previous revolutions. It is also believed to be the inspiration for the 'grid' design of cities in New World countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia and Argentina.. . In many cities around the world a more segregationist approach is taken, with areas deemed to be more working class or 'troublesome' barriered off from wealthier areas, by a transport link of some kind. This has the effect of hemming in possible problematic groups, and confining them to areas from which they are unlikely to stray too often, and where they can be easily reached if 'control' is required.

i need to learn letter writing in english.

My husband and I had our wills written up a few years ago. There has been a falling out between some family members and we need to change the names of the guardians to our children. I spoke to a recommended lawyer who told me that there are too many issues involved to just fix this one section. He recommended that the whole will be re-written, or to write up a paper ourselves explaining the change and having it notorized (I should mention that the original lawyer who wrote the will has passed away). The cost for writing up a new will is not within our means at this time. So I'm just trying to find out what to write on this sheet which my husband and I will sign in front of a notory. Would appreciate any suggestions!. No, there isn't a lot of cash at this point, but with 401Ks, investments, a house, cars and a business that will be left to the kids, I don't know how simple it really is either. The lawyer stated for him to write the will we're looking at well over $1000. We don't have that sitting in our back pockets! :).

If nobody knows of any free material, can you please recommend some trusted sellers of these products that you have actually used as I can't really afford to fall foul of the money making scams that are about.. . Or is there another way around this?.
