Generally, when writing a letter to someone of a high position you don't know, you will probably will want to keep it as formal as possible. This is especially the case when you write a business letter.. . Start it with "Dear Sir:" if you know it is a man. Start with "Dear Madam:" if you know it's a woman. "Dear Sir or Madam:" is used if you are not sure.. . "Dear Ms. Smith:" is still acceptable, but it is safest to go with "Madam" in case they resent not being called Miss or Mrs. It's also not the standard way to write a business letter.

Copy a free sample from the internet of a form named "Durable Power of Attorney". Change the names to you and your Mother. This will give the delegated person the authority to take care of your Mother's affairs if she becomes incapacitated (while still alive). This form needs to be notarized.. . Then have her make out a Will (Will kits cost $10 at Office Depot), and have her possessions willed to whomever. Wills do not need to be notarized.. . There are more comlicated ways, like a Trust, but those are overkill for just transferring a car.. . Or just transfer ownership to you through the Motor Vehicle department.

Proteins are rather critical macromolecules that are synthesized from the amino acids subunits. Amino acids are molecules which contain both an amino and carboxylic acid group. These amino acids [we have 24] like the nucleotides of DNA [4] are like the alphabet, with only a certain amount of letters are able to code for millions of expressions. Expressions that direct your body.. . Protein synthesis is a procedure that involves another molecule with nucleic acids aside from DNA, here am referring to RNA [ribonucleic acid]. RNA differs from DNA in mainly two aspects, first the sugar subunit is ribose rather than deoxyribose, and instead of Thymine is contains Uracil. Protein synthesis undergoes two cycles, Transcription and Translation. During transcription which is the first step, However before transcription begins the biosynthesis of proteins, the corresponding RNA molecule is produced by RNA transcription. One of the strands of this DA double helix is used as a template by the RNA polymerase to synthesize mRNA[messenger RNA]. This mRNA migrates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm of the cell. Throughout this step mRNA goes through different types of maturation, including a critical process known as splicing, where non coding sequences knows as introns are cut out. The coding mRNA also known as extrons can be described as a unit of three nucleotides called a codon. The second step is Translation, here a ribosome binds to the mRNA at the start codon [AUG] which is only and only recognized by the initiator tRNA. the ribosome proceed to the elongation phase of protein synthesis. During this phase complexes composed of an amino acid linked to tRNA, sequentially bind to the appropriate codon in the mRNA y creating complementary base pairs which are widely known as anticodons. The ribose goes in a pattern from codon to codon along the mRNA. Amino acids are being added one by one, translated into a polypeptide sequence dictated by DNA and represented by RNA. During termination a release factor binds to a stop codon, finalizing translation and releasing the complete polypeptide from the ribosome.
