I?m a freshmen in college, and my friends and I have been searching for a property to rent for next school year. Would it be foolish of me to take a year off, pursue my personal training career and save as much money possible (my parents have already agreed to let me live at home for free, and I have someone interested in hiring me for PT already) so I can purchase one of these houses in my college town and start a small rental business? My only concern and question is why have you been restricted to just supervised visitations with your son? You and your attorney must review every fact, each statement and aspect of the court's determination as to why you are limited to supervised visitation. Why...so that your attorney can present an argument why these restricted visitations should be should be eliminated or, as a first step toward partial custody changed to unsupervised visitations.. .
