CBP has a database with negative information from all of the USA and Canada. The key parameters are, as you've noticed, name and Date of Birth. Sometimes a negative "hit" is just on name alone. If your uncle were born in 1930 and you were born in 1980, the vast difference in age would help the inspector to see that it's not you. But someone has to do the checking. This checking process can be a problem, depending on how many people are working, how many other issues need to be resolved, if you're in secondary during a shift change, etc. So the time it takes to admit you varies. You are aware of the delay- sometimes just a few minutes, other times a lot longer.

I live in Wisconsin. I was working at wal-mart for about 3 months. I have never gotten in trouble or anything. Always right on time for work, never late, and only called in twice (for severe weather which doesn't count against you. I was also about to get my 10% discount card which you get after working there 90 days. We have a checklist in the back of chores that needed to be done in my department throughout the night. I was really sick and ended up throwing up so I did all of my closing chores early and crossed them off as I completed them and then wrote a note on our bulletin board in the back where everyone checks in that I was sick and going home early and that I got everything done. I came back my next scheduled day and was called in the managers office right after I clocked in. The co-manager of the store (who never really liked me after I quit wal-mart the very first time I worked there back in 2008 seems to have been looking for a reason to fire me since I was rehired) started telling me that there's no way I could have gotten all of my chores done in an hour and a half and that it was falsifying documents and they were going to terminate me. They didn't follow the termination procedure either. The procedure follows: Verbal coaching (coaching is a warning), written coaching, D-day (you are sent home without pay and they decide if they wanna keep you or let you go), and then the last is termination. I had never been in trouble and they skipped all of them and went to termination. I also called corporate and talked to the public relations person who handles that stuff and she said they were required to have me write a documentation about my side of the story if they were going to terminate me and they didn't. She said she would get back to me but its been over a week and she won't return my phone calls. Wal-mart management is really screwed up but does my situation qualify for wrongful termination?.

Ahhhhhhh so your boss doesn't take well to threats, eh? I don't know anyone who does actually, no suprise there, lol.. I think you need to look for a new job. It sounds like you are a very confident person, which can clearly be a +, but also a - if you are too pushy about me, me, me. Obviously you have made your desires very clear and they are consistently disregarded, despite assurances you are a good worker. Very likely you are but perhaps you are getting on management's last nerve with your constant badgering. They have to look at the big picture, less so re individual cogs in that picture.

I was hoping someone could show me where I can find a good sample letter, or help by giving me some pointers..

I found otu I had a son when he was 4 months old. I went through the courts, see him, pay my support, had his name legally changed, Because she had a current boyfriend as the father. I went to court and ahd it leagally changed on his birth certificate and i now have a certified copy of his birth certificate. Well, I told his mother that she needed to get it changed on his social security card and well... She has yet to do it and he is now 19 months old!! Well, i claim him on taxes on the odd years, so this year i will be claiming him but last year, when i did my taxes, I had a 1 month old with my wife and they asked for a copy of his social security card. How is this going to work for me? His name has been leagally changed on his birth certificate and everything to Ex. Jones and his name before that was EX Thomas and that is what it still is on his social. I have all of the paperwork from the paternity test, leagal change of name from the court, certified birth certificate... The paper stating i have joint custody... Can i go to the social security ofice and request a name change on it and get a social security card??.

I would highly recommend it. Although maintenance does not prevent the possibility of a breakdown, it does lessen the chance of it. Keeping equipment clean saves money on energy. Dirty equipment won't necessarily decrease your comfort level, meaning you would think everything is running fine, but it would cost more to operate. Especially on the hottest and coldest days when the system has to work overtime to keep up with demand. Also, the annual inspections include safety checks to make sure the system is operating safely as well as properly. A few things you should expect from the company doing the maintenance: The maintenance should take at least 45 min to an hour on each visit. If it takes less time. Steps are being skipped. On furnace maintenance, burners should be physically removed from the furnace and cleaned. There are a few exceptions to this though. Edit your question with the make and model of your furnace and I will let you know. On air conditioning, the outdoor coil should be cleaned with a foam cleaner. You should expect a written report listing what was done during the maintenance, any recommendations, and the overall condition of the system. If you do not receive this, ask for it and have the technician go over it with you and explain anything you don't understand.
