(date of letter). . Dear (manager's name),. . I would like to inform you that I intend to terminate my employment with (company's name). My intended leave date would be (date).. . Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and for the experience I've gained as a (job title).. . Kind regards,. (your signature). (your full name). . (You don't need to have a lengthy letter detailing why you want to leave your job or anything like that and they can't force you to give a reason. It would also be a good idea to keep a copy of the letter for your records and ask your manager to sign and date your copy as proof that you have in fact handed him/her a letter stating you no longer wish to work there.)

I hope this is helpful.

how to write a business plan to start up a fencing business?

What are some tips that you would give someone who is planning on moving to a new city?

The best way to format them is to left justify everything and use as little formatting as possible. Tabs, justification, bullets, pictures/graphics, and changes in fonts are the big culprits.. . I have a resume set in courier 10 pt., left justified with no bullets that does a pretty good job for this type of thing.. . If you have the option of cut and paste or add an attachment, use the attachment instead.
