Yes!! Trust me, get an attorney asap. Anything you pay now will be worth not paying the consequences of not having a good attorney

Changing your name is easy - you can even do it without the process of deed poll. Hiding it from your parents, now that's the hard part:. . Your mail will eventually be addressed in your new name.. Friends will be calling you by your new name - your parents will hear.. Don't pick a name that's got 'problems'

Is called an "Agreed Order" you title it just like the divorce papers with the file number, parties etc. Everything is the same on the top part. Then you type in 12 bold, underlined caps AGREED ORDER space down two lines and write it is agreed the the defendant (or whichever the father is) and the plaintiff have agreed in the best interest of all parties involved that the child support amount for (child's name who was born to this marriage on (child's date of birth) will be $(monthly amount) and date(s) it's to be paid and the amounts of the payments. Then space down and make a blank for you to sign, him to sign and another for the judge. Put a title under each blank that states the names of the parties. I couldn't find a template you can use, but if you still don't understand, message me your email address and I will send you an example. Good Luck! I don't know about your state, but we take them to the court house here, the judge signs off on it and we file it at the clerks office.

Path of a Probate Lawyer?

I believe my experience and expertise would be a good match for Name of Your Company. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to further discuss my qualifications with you. However, since I am still currently residing in European Country, would a phone interview (or skype) be appropriate? I am available at your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration.. . Sincerely,. . My Name.

this requirement might vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction), then you take everything to your court date, a judge make it official and you get a "court order change of name" stating your new legal name
