how do I put this equation into standard form?

I would like to send a letter in legal form stating the agreements and quoting the payment details in same letter with my personal check.. . The reason for it is that my agent agreed to give me a discount but never gave me anything in writing. She said that she will not give me a receipt or sign a letter that she received the payment.

Could the mix up of b- days be the reason an eviction came up on the credit report. Have good credit, the reason I need a cosigner is I get paid cash at work. My bro just bought a house he had an apartment before the house.. sorry i need to put more info the manager gave the credit reporter our wrong birthdays she mixed mine an my bros up, could that be the prob, they got our names and social right..

Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act . Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act . Defamation of Character . If your offices are able to provide the proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. . Also during this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult with my legal counsel for suit. This includes any listing any information to a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate when in fact there is no provided proof that it is.

But remember legal remedies are expensive, time-taking and notorious for its efficacy. It may harm you and your mother in more ways then it will bring smiles on your face. So something out of legal remedies must be worked out to save all from the UNPLEASANT SITUATION. You can seek help from local COUNCILLOR, SUB-DIVISIONAL OFFICER, Human-right organisations or even Women's Cell of the local unit of the strongest political party. It will be more effective, time saving and least costly in dealing with the matter to everyone's satisfaction.. . Alternatively, if you have an HONEST, DIGNIFIED and KNOWLEDGABLE lawyer friend to stand by you in this hour of crisis, then it must not take time for your mother to get an award from the court for :. 1) Restitution of marital relationship and rights arising therefrom, or. 2) Maintenance - as damage for mental agony suffered, and monthly share of sustenance (if she is not gainfully employed).. . If your mother choses to bring criminal action for the polygamy under INDIAN PENAL CODE , then she can do so under one or more of the following sections :. . Section 493 - Cohabitation caused by a man deceitfully inducing a belief of lawful marriage,. Section 494 - Marrying again during lifetime of wife, . Section 495 - (Same offence) with concealment of former marriage from person with whom subsequent marriage is contracted, . Section 496 - Marriage ceremony fraudulently gone through without lawful marriage.. . And for the Woman giving consent to help your father for a second relationship, she can be charged for and under -. . Section 497 - Adultery.. . But in that case, your mother may lose her chances of her rightful claim for MAINTENANCE with dignity, because of the risk of imprisonment of your father will make him vulnerable to any gainful employment in future, for your mother to share the proceeds therefrom.. . Strengthened by these information, now it is upto you and your mother to chose your own path which appears very delicate and challenging, if not impossible. Legal measures would drive an unreconciliable wedge between the two sides, neither it looks very PROMISING under Indian context, unless you have some sound people to back you. Need of the hour is to exercise patience and try to find out the areas where both the parties would be gainer to keep floating the relationship. Revengeful and retaliatory approach will not bring your father back to your fold.
