Jacie N. Saunders is from a small town in St. James Parish, Louisiana and graduated from Lutcher High School. Being a huge LSU football fan, Jacie didn't want to go college anywhere but LSU. She graduated from LSU with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Undecided about what she wanted to do after graduation, she completed the LSU paralegal program, and subsequently decided to try Law School. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree at Southern University Law Center. She is currently a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and Baton Rouge Bar Association. Having dabbled in a little bit of everything, she finds criminal defense and medical malpractice work most interesting. When she's not busy with work, she loves to spend time with her 12 year old son, who keeps her up to date on all sports news and information.

Will estate agents survive this recession?
Is it legal for a rehabilitation and healthcare facility to allow an unauthorized person to sign documents?
1) Slope intercept form means you solve for y, which gets it into a form y = mx + b.. 5x - 3y = -15. -3y = -5x - 15. 7 = 5x/3 +5. . 2) Remember, y = mx + b. You just need to figure out what b is.. y = mx + b. 4 = -2*6 + b. 4 = -12 + b. b = 16. . So y = -2x + 16. Standard form means you want it in a form ax + by = c, in which a, b, and c are integers. So you add 2x on both sides, giving you:. 2x + y = 16
Why haven't i been accepted into University of Guelph?
my husband and I hired an attorney to help him adopt my son from a previous relationship. it's an uncontested adoption. we went in and spoke to her about the adoption and she told us how much it would cost and we paid her up front. then a couple weeks later she started sending us bills for her services. my husband called to talk to her about it and she claimed that he and I had signed a fee agreement (which we did NOT) that she would hang onto the money we gave her up front and that we would pay for services as we went along. then I called her to tell her we had not signed a fee agreement and she WENT OFF on me and hung up on me . now we're not sure what to do. she's still failed to provide a copy of this so called "fee agreement", which of course she can't do because we didnt' sign one and now we're not sure what to do. we don't have the money to hire another attorney and she's still failed to provide us with a court date for the adoption. any advise on our next move?. Hillary, wouldn't we have to pay another attorney to take everything over? unless we can get our money back from the first attorney (which is doubtful she'll fork it over easily), we just dont have the money to hire another one.. Faye Purdence, we actually DID try to do this ourselves, but the court in our county told us we HAD to hire an attorney to handle it. they wouldn't give us any paperwork to file or anything or even try to point us in the right direction. just kept repeating to us that we HAD to get an attorney. this is one of the most frustrating things i've ever encountered..
no will
